Job Summary


Adams MultiMedia is seeking an energetic people orientedPart-time Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer calls dealing with any problems or issues the customer may have including but not limited to complaints vacation stops and holds re-delivery forms payments refunds online accounts any daily or weekly processing.

The successful candidate must be flexible self-starter attentive to details diplomatic able to provide direction and able to multi-task. This position will work with different personality types. Candidates for this position should have strong interpersonal skills and client orientation and exhibit an ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts as a team member.

Minimum Requirements

A successful candidate has a minimum of 1 years experience in professional business environment. Must be able to lift thirty-five pounds.

Education

High School Diploma and equivalent work experience preferred.
