This position will support and facilitate theIT Service Managementprocesses such as Service Catalog Incident Problem Change Release and Configuration Management. This role will support theITSMplatform and take part in the design deployment and maintenance of theITILservice management toolset (BMC Helix) from a functional perspective.Requirements:- Candidates should have at least 5 years experience inITSM/ITILprocesses (ITILcertification preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in Helix tools implementation specifically theITSMsuite experience developing and maintaining BMC Helix application suite
- Minimum of 5-years of experience with BMC Helix application suite (ITSM DWPC Dashboards iPaaS discovery) and administering OOTB Helix applications suite
- Demonstrated strong Service Management knowledge in keyITSMprocesses including Incident Management Problem Management -Change Management Service Level Management and Knowledge Management
- Knowledge of keyITSMprocesses including Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Level Management and Knowledge Management
- ITILExpert Certification preferred
This is position could be eligible for a hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
