Accountabilities
As a dashboard developer and data analyst you will leverage design and development standards processes and best practices. You will partner with data engineers data product managers and program managers to deliver advanced BI capabilities to a global customer base.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI that deliver clear actionable insights.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into intuitive data visualizations.
- Perform mid-level data analyses to uncover trends anomalies and opportunities.
- Build and maintain BI data sets and reporting solutions that support self-service analytics.
- Apply design thinking and prototyping to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Support dashboard operations including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Automate repeatable analyses and reporting workflows to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to agile development cycles and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proven experience with Tableau and Power BI in a professional setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing data visualization and dashboard design.
- Understanding of interactive visualization best practices and user experience principles.
- Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure Snowflake or Databricks.
- Familiarity with Python Spark and scheduling tools like Tuber.
- Demonstrated experimentation with of Generative AI and its application to this space.
- Prior experience in the payments industry or with Visa data assets is a plus.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
