Job Description
Serves as a key member of the local Medical Operations Affairs Team and collaborates at different levels of the Global Medical and Scientific Affairs (GMSA) organization supporting the Country/Cluster on the development implementation execution and monitoring of policies standard operating procedures process workflows and medical events.
Responsibilities and Primary Activities
Standardizes and harmonizes applicable processes at local level (Cluster and/ or countries) not limited to Group Input Meeting Non promotional Medical Education programs and Country to Country process
Identifies target areas of improvement and promotes the policies and procedures that help ensure LATAM GMSA activities are executed in accordance with compliance and local country requirements
Collaborates with GMSA staff at local level (Medical Managers MSLs and administrative personnel)
Collects and analyzes key performance indicators for the cluster team in sync with the GMSAstrategy
Follows up and tracks Corporate trainings
Optimizes processes using approved platforms and systems of records (SOR): Veeva CRM Veeva Events/cVents Veeva Quality Docs myLearning
Cross Functional Collaboration
Fosters cross functional collaboration with internal stakeholders by generating spaces for a multidisciplinary view of critical activities aimed toachieve the GMSA objectives maintaining clear communication channels and collaborating in the preparation of meeting logistics
Coordinates with Human Health partners (Events Business Support Procurement Finances) to help guarantee process optimization
People
Instills a culture of best practice knowledge sharing and Company ways of working
Facilitates teamwork and promotes the use of effective internal communication channels (Internal meeting logistics minutes email communications meeting agendas teleconferences venue availability - email etiquette newsletter Sharepoint) in accordance withdelineation
