As an Analytics Associate in our Finance team you will spend each day defining refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job responsibilities:
Demonstrate advanced programming skills in Python; write complex SQL code and automate processes to source transform and analyze data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
Apply critical thinking and perform advanced analytics to solve complex multi-faceted business problems using analytics and visualization platforms such as QlikSense Tableau and Alteryx.
Create and leverage analytical approaches to analyze domain-specific source data providing accurate conclusions and identifying improvement initiatives.
Communicate ideas and results to stakeholders and leadership clearly and concisely showcasing excellent problem-solving abilities.
Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends patterns and correlations for business performance improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet organizational business needs.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 6 years of working experience on analytical tools (Tableau/ Qliksense/ SQL)
- At least 8 years of exp. with Python to develop ETL pipelines
- Experience building measures and metrics and developing reporting dashboards
- Strong grasp of big data disciplines AWS Agile (scrum) methodologies and new technologies. Able to communicate effectively with Senior leaders to enable collaboration decision-making and transparency.
- Experience in developing standardized solutions for data acquisition transformation and analysis
- Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends patterns and correlations that can be used to improve business performance.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Ability to drive projects end to end from requirement analysis development testing to closure
- Experience With Alteryx/ databricks to develop ETL pipelines
