Senior Quantity Surveyor Midleton/Cork
Projects: Residential in Midleton/School in Cork city
In this role youll join a main contractor that is renowned for delivering high-specification construction projects of up to 100m in value.
You will be a key part of an excellent commercial team and enjoy flexibility and autonomy in your role. As a valued member of the team you will be supported to carry out your work successfully but in balance with your personal life. Because of your important role across prestigious projects youll be able to fully utilise your skills as a Quantity Surveyor within a company that will offer you significant scope for continued progression.
Role responsibilities include:
- Measure price negotiate and agree on budgets and costs for scope variations.
- Manage commercial and contractual relationships with customers consultants and subcontractors.
- Assess subcontractor payment entitlements and process payments accurately.
- Monitor and reconcile project costs and forecasts to ensure performance aligns with budgets.
- Optimise project design for efficiency and value maximisation.
