Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Child in Need
Location:Hounslow
Pay Rate: 30-32per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Social Worker for its clients Child in Need in Hounslow.
What will your responsibilities be
- Carry out Child in Need assessments to determine the level of support required.
- Develop and implement Child in Need plans in collaboration with families and professionals.
- Coordinate services such as housing education and health to meet the childs needs.
- Monitor progress and review plans regularly to ensure effectiveness.
- Work with children who may be disabled young carers homeless or affected by parental issues (e.g. imprisonment substance misuse).
- Promote the childs welfare while supporting family stability.
- Engage with families on a voluntary basis unless safeguarding concerns arise.
- Liaise with multi-agency teams including schools health professionals and voluntary organisations.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
