POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Experts to join our dynamic this hands-on role youll deliver memorable dining experiences across our restaurants bars in-room dining and event spaces. Whether youre serving guests setting up for events or supporting your teammates your passion for hospitality will shine through.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Operations
- Provide warm professional service to all guests in dining and event areas.
- Assist with food and beverage service table setup and clearing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout service using clean-as-you-go practices.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Support opening and closing duties including restocking cleaning and setup.
Teamwork & Communication
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Attend briefings and training sessions to stay informed and upskill.
Safety & Standards
- Follow all company policies safety procedures and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform guidelines.
- Protect guest privacy and company assets.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate advantageous.
- Hospitality qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Hospitality) desirable but not essential.
