Youll lead margin analysis oversee client bill back reconciliations and build financial models that shape pricing and profitability across brands and channels all while improving accuracy efficiency and transparency company-wide.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead Financial Analysis: Manage forecasting reporting and margin analysis across multiple brands product lines and sales channels
- Oversee Reconciliations: Track and reconcile Amazon bill backs client reimbursements and month-end journal entries in partnership with Accounting
- Model & Analyze: Build financial models to evaluate gross profit pricing strategies and cost structures providing actionable insights to leadership
- Drive Profitability: Identify SKU-level trends variances and opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency
- Collaborate & Improve: Partner with Brand Operations and Supply Chain teams to resolve discrepancies and implement process and system enhancements for accurate transparent reporting
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (advanced degree or CPA a plus)
- 47 years of experience in financial analysis forecasting or FP&A ideally within retail e-commerce or consumer goods
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency including financial modeling and data analysis; experience with ERP (NetSuite SAP Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau Power BI)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large datasets model margins and forecast profitability
- Deep understanding of accounting principles gross profit analysis pricing elasticity and cost allocation
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with cross-functional experience in Accounting FP&A Operations and Brand teams

Compensation Transparency
