Position overview

We are seeking a Director of Oracle Architecture - a strategic and technically proficient leader to define and drive our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) vision architecture and development and implementation of scalable Oracle EBS solutions for retail operations for both B2B and B2C. This provides a vital leadership role in developing enterprise systems pivotal to our growth and accomplishments.

Youll have a pivotal role in redefining and scaling enterprise systems that directly impact our customers operations and business performance. This is a unique opportunity to lead with vision and execution in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

What Youll Do

• Oversee the enterprise architecture of Oracle ERP/EBS to ensure it aligns with business strategy and operational needs across regions ( NA EMEA APAC and LATAM)
• Lead the full solution lifecycle across key business processes: Order-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay Supply Chain Inventory Finance and Accounting.
• Design and implement robust integration strategies with external systems (e.g. 3PLs EDI CRM WMS etc.).
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into innovative technical solutions.
• Build lead and mentor a high-performing team of Oracle experts and technical professionals.
• Ensure system scalability performance reliability and compliance with industry guidelines.
• Operate as the primary bridge between IT and business team members nurturing collaboration and communication.

Who You Are

• Extensive experience spanning 12 years in Oracle ERP/EBS with a focus on leadership and architectural responsibilities for at least 5 years.
• Deep expertise in:
• Oracle EBS modules across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay
• Retail settings (covering both business-to-business and business-to-consumer)
• Supply Chain and Inventory Management
• Finance and Accounting systems
• System integration techniques and tools (e.g. APIs EDI middleware) along with Trading partner onboarding via EDI
• Proven understanding of Oracles technical stack: PL/SQL APIs workflows customizations and extensions.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex enterprise-scale ERP projects.
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
