As part of the Sustainability Strategy team you will drive impactful change in capital projects through innovative sustainability solutions. As a Senior Associate you will collaborate with clients to enhance project outcomes manage complex engagements and contribute to sustainability principles while enhancing your strategic and operational knowledge. What You Must Have

- Masters Degree in Business Administration

- 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- MBA from a premium B-School Masters in Construction Management or equivalent

What Sets You Apart

- MBA from a premium B-School

- Masters in Construction Management or equivalent preferred

- Possessing PMP CAPM Primavera P6 Professional Power BI or Tableau certifications

- Demonstrating knowledge in capital project lifecycles

- Leading consulting and solution design efforts

- Managing large-scale infrastructure or sustainability programs

- Utilizing advanced Excel for data analysis and visualization

- Engaging diverse stakeholders effectively

- Understanding responsible AI practices in sustainability
