Project Architect Data Centres

Youll lead new-build data-centre developments in NSW overseeing all client consultant and stakeholder coordination. Working within a practice known for its forward-thinking approach to design and technology youll enjoy genuine autonomy backed by a strong collaborative team structure.

What Youll Do

• Work alongside the sector lead in thedesign and delivery of new-build data-centre and commercial projects

• Manage project programs budgets and client communications through all phases

• Coordinate internal teams consultants and contractors to achieve high-quality outcomes

• Oversee documentation and construction detailing to ensure design integrity

• Contribute to design reviews project strategies and sustainability initiatives

• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience leading complexdata-centre industrial or health projects

• Strong technical capability and understanding of building systems integration

• Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills

• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines

• A passion for design innovation sustainability and technical excellence

• Architectural registration (or eligibility) preferred

• Proficiency in Revit or similar BIM software

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
