Description

The Developmental Services Residential Programming at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking compassionate dependable and motivated individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings.

What Youll Do: As a Residential Behavior Interventionist youll play a vital role in creating a structured therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive.

Current Shift: 8AM - 8PM

What Were Looking For:

A positive attitude and a strong calm presence
A commitment to therapeutic engagement and meaningful connection
The ability to foster consistency and structure in a dynamic environment
Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities or mental health conditions is ideal
Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred

Requirements:

Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
