Position Summary
As a Detailer Technician at Dent Wizard youll be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles to meet our companys high-quality standards. This includes both interior and exterior detailing to ensure every vehicle is delivered in pristine condition. Youll play a key role in customer satisfaction and vehicle presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean wash wax and polish vehicle exteriors thoroughly
- Vacuum shampoo and detail vehicle interiors including upholstery and carpets
- Polish windows mirrors and chrome accessories
- Apply protective finishes for long-lasting shine and durability
- Inspect vehicles for defects or areas needing attention
- Use appropriate cleaning products and tools while maintaining safety standards
- Keep the detailing workspace clean and organized
- Follow all company policies safety procedures and health regulations
- Report any damage or issues to management promptly
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
- Automotive detailing experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in vehicle care
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift bend and stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity for fine motor tasks
- Comfortable working in automotive shops or outdoor environments
- Capable of operating detailing equipment and tools
Drug Policy
All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$15-$16/hourWe offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off medical dental vision and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
