- From prospecting to closing deals youll manage the sales process at a level suited to your experience whether that means learning the ropes or driving enterprise-level discussions.

- Use your sales expertise to evaluate leads and identify real sales potential setting up the team for success.
- Dive deep into our product offerings so you can effectively communicate the unique value of our HR tech solutions.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies that will grow Simployers presence in the Swedish market.
- Keep our CRM up to date with the latest sales notes and actions while also providing valuable feedback to the team to refine our strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously seeking development opportunities in the ever-evolving world of sales and HR tech.
- Depending on your experience and seniority youll take on responsibilities that match your level from learning and growing in a supportive environment to driving strategic sales initiatives and mentoring others.
