The Imaging Project manager will be responsible for enabling standard work execution and reporting of inventory management for the Imaging segment. This individual will be a key member of the Imaging Supply Chain working closely with Sub-segments Regional teams and Finance across manufacturing and distribution operations worldwide. This role will partner cross functionally with finance sourcing logistics and operations to execute inventory optimization and critical analytics.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Establish cross functional operational mechanisms processes and tools to support inventory optimization across manufacturing and distribution operations globally
Drive Inventory Bowler metrics and take action to achieve inventory targets
Act as a key integrator between operational finance and leadership teams to synchronize efforts around inventory
Lead digitization and advanced analytics efforts for operational reporting streamlining processes across sub-segments
Partner with COE & Finance to develop and deliver training on inventory tools and processes for global teams (SBU RBU and Finance)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory turns and optimize working capital
Responsible for facilitating strategic roadmap for planning drive digital & analytics strategy and project management for Imaging planning organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Masters Degree and 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or Med Tech Industry Consulting
Proven experience creating and deploying Power BI analytics in Healthcare Supply Chain
Proven ability to use analytics SQL and data to solve large scale industrial challenges.
Proven leadership in global team management and project execution.
Strong ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a matrixed organization
Ability to translate functional needs into technical requirements and drive adoption of digital solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a global mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership program graduate (XLP CAS OMDP or equivalent)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or APICS/other supply chain certification
Working knowledge of GE HealthCare inventory policies and inventory-generating processes
Experience with Oracle ERP eOM MyOrders or other planning systems
