About the Role
You will be responsible for inspecting servicing and repairing a varied stock of used vehicles. That includes check batteries lights exhausts tyres brakes suspension as well as repair or replace other faulty parts
and ensuring that every car leaving the workshop meets high safety and quality standards. There will also be occasions where youll liaise with customers to explain issues advise on repairs and ensure vehicles are roadworthy without short: youll keep vehicles moving reliably safely and looking good.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Duties
Conduct full servicing and routine maintenance on a variety of used vehicles
Repair or replace car parts
Prepare cars for sale: MOT-prep safety checks rectifying advisories ensuring all work is fully logged and compliant
Work alongside sales and customer service to understand repair requests and explain faults clearly to customers
Maintain workshop tools equipment and work area; ensure cleanliness safety and efficiency
Key Requirements
Hands-on experience as a vehicle mechanic or fast fit mechanic.
Organised with attention to detail
Good communicator: able to explain faults to customers in plain terms when needed
Appropriate tools or ability to use standard workshop equipment confidently
Valid UK Driving Licence
2 years experience in similar role.
