Inside Sales Representative French & English Premium Automotive Brand Barcelona

Are you passionate about premium products and delivering exceptional customer experiences Join a dynamic team representing one of the worlds most prestigious automotive brands.

Were looking for bilingual French and English Inside Sales Representatives to lead structured follow-up conversations with prospective customers reinforce brand value and support retailer sales teams with actionable insights.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct follow-up and support calls with prospects whove shown interest in premium automotive products
  • Represent the brand with professionalism courtesy and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer concerns or hesitations especially around pricing and product preferences
  • Summarize interactions in a clear format to support sales teams
  • Maintain continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the brands premium positioning and quality standards

What You Bring

  • Fluency in French and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent (background in business communications or automotive studies is a plus)
  • Experience in customer service or sales ideally in the automotive or luxury sectors
  • Clear confident communication skillsespecially with high-end clientele
  • Interest in the automotive industry and premium products
  • Professionalism and discretion when discussing pricing or commercial offers
  • Comfort with structured call scripts and post-call reporting
