Job Summary
Position: Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Location: Limassol Cyprus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain monitoring alerting and observability tools to ensure system reliability
- Ensure consistent visibility into system performance and overall health
- Respond to system incidents and service disruptions with detailed investigation and resolution
- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to documentation of post-incident reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues
- Automate deployments configurations and operational tasks to improve system efficiency
- Support release activities and monitor systems during deployment cycles
- Work closely with development QA and operations teams to streamline delivery processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English (C1) with strong proficiency in both written and verbal skills
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) DevOps or related role
- Proficiency in both Windows and Linux server environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS experience is essential)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and related container orchestration tools
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines configuration management and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation Ansible)
- Scripting skills in at least one language such as Python Bash or PowerShell
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Experience with monitoring logging and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK etc.)
- Understanding of incident problem and change management practices
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to mentor team members and share technical knowledge
- Excellent time management communication and documentation skills
