What We Offer
- Salary: $85000 $110000 super

What Youll Do
This isnt a client-facing role (unless you want it to be). Your job is to manage workflow maintain quality control and develop three accountants who report to you.
Youll
- Manage task allocation and deadlines across your team
- Review financial statements and tax returns for accuracy and compliance
- Coach team members through technical challenges especially around Xero
- Deliver work thats 95100% complete before it reaches your Senior Client Manager
- Identify process improvements and smarter ways of working

Experience & Skills
- 5 years in public practice accounting
- Proven ability to review and improve work from junior accountants
- Advanced proficiency in Xero (non-negotiable 90% of our clients use it)
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance including Division 7A CGT concessions FBT SMSF compliance and tax planning
Personal Attributes
- Confident communicator comfortable leading others (you cant be too reserved)
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Collaborative mindset aligned with our whole-of-team approach
- Task-driven but people-focused
- CPA or CA qualification desirable but not essential.
