Job Summary
Machine Operator
Hours:M-F 6PM 6AM
Rate: $20/hr (based on experience) night shift differential
Training: conducted on 1st shift
Cincinnati OH

Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment in the department to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Machinery includes block machine loader/unloader crawler/transfer car kiln cuber wrapper palletizer splitter batching computer color system tumbler and tumbling cuber.
- Follow all Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) policies and procedures and ensure team compliance.
- Produce high-quality units by strictly following SOPs.
- Recognize and adhere to all internal and ASTM quality standards.
- Perform light electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Enter production data via scanner or computer.
- Train and coach team members on machine operations and procedures.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Complete daily production and maintenance paperwork.
- Communicate equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance teams promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Ability to use a multimeter proficient in reading a tape measure and depth gauge
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English
