Job Summary

Qualifications:

  • Required Degree: 4 Year Degree Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Masters degree a plus)
  • Manage Others: Yes
  • Minimum Experience: 5 Years
  • PE license in Arkansas or eligibility for licensure by comity required
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience or knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus

Description:

  • We have an immediate opportunity for the right candidate in our civil engineering practice.
  • This candidate must have previous experience in the design of site development land development or municipal infrastructure projects and must be able to plan develop and direct engineering projects varying in size and complexity.
  • The successful candidate must be able to earn the confidence of our clients through elegant practical and timely engineering solutions.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Proficient technical knowledge of engineering systems materials and procedures Effective communication leadership and client relationship skills
  • Willingness to accept increasing levels of responsibility and demonstration of continued and progressive technical and leadership experience.
  • Understanding and awareness of project budgets and profitability.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. and local design codes and standards.
