About the Role

Were looking for ambitious early-career professionals to join our growing sales team and help bring personalized outreach in-house. This is an incredible opportunity to work directly with founders gain hands-on startup experience and learn how to scale a company from $1 million to $10 million in ARR.

If youre gritty curious and ready to take your first big step in tech this role is for you.

What Youll Do

  • Drive top-of-funnel activity through personalized email outreach LinkedIn messaging and cold calls.

  • Book qualified meetings with CX and support leaders at fast-growing B2C enterprise companies.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging experiments.

  • Maintain and update HubSpot CRM with strong pipeline discipline.

  • Work closely with founders to refine and improve the sales process.


What Were Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (recent grads welcome).

  • Experience with personalized outreach (email LinkedIn or cold calls).

  • Strong written communication and confidence speaking to strangers.

  • Signs of initiative whether through side projects entrepreneurial efforts or rapid growth in past roles.

  • Bonus: Prior door-to-door or dealership experience.

  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM.

  • Grit curiosity coachability and ambition to grow into a closing role fast.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco (5 days/week).

  • Interest in technology startups and AI.
