What Youll Do

Drive top-of-funnel activity through personalized email outreach LinkedIn messaging and cold calls.

Book qualified meetings with CX and support leaders at fast-growing B2C enterprise companies.

Collaborate with sales and marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging experiments.

Maintain and update HubSpot CRM with strong pipeline discipline.

Work closely with founders to refine and improve the sales process.
What Were Looking For

1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (recent grads welcome).

Experience with personalized outreach (email LinkedIn or cold calls).

Strong written communication and confidence speaking to strangers.

Signs of initiative whether through side projects entrepreneurial efforts or rapid growth in past roles.

Bonus: Prior door-to-door or dealership experience.

Proficient in HubSpot CRM.

Grit curiosity coachability and ambition to grow into a closing role fast.
Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco (5 days/week).
