Chief Nursing Officer St. Louis MO
Salary: $130K base bonus sign-on relocation
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer to lead clinical operations at a 33-bed specialty facility located within a major medical center in St. Louis MO. This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking nursing leader to drive quality outcomes staff engagement and operational excellence in a unique inpatient setting.
Key Highlights:
- Oversee a dedicated team of approximately 40 FTEs
- Lead with support from two direct-report leaders
- Operate across two hospital floors within a larger healthcare system
- Work in a high-acuity fast-paced environment
- Competitive compensation package including base in the $130Ks performance bonus sign-on and relocation assistance
Qualifications:
- BSN required (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience managing inpatient units
- Demonstrated success in leading clinical teams and improving patient outcomes
- Background in high-acuity or specialty care is strongly preferred
