Job Posting: Mechanical Service Sales Representative

They are now seeking a Mechanical Service Sales Representative to join their high-performing team.
The Mechanical Service Sales Representative will be responsible for selling service contracts to commercial office education (K-12 and higher ed) multifamily healthcare and other commercial customers. The successful candidate will assess the need age and condition of systems (which may involve some roof work for inspections) and create appropriate contingency or blanket service contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell service contracts to a diverse range of commercial customers
- Assess the need age and condition of systems
- Create appropriate contingency or blanket service contracts
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the building system arena with a focus on HVAC
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their components is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding
- Self-disciplined motivated and organized
- Preferred degree in a relevant field
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
