Job Overview

We are currently hiring Remote Video Interpreters to facilitate conversations between English speakers and Mandarin speakers across healthcare insurance and legal domains. This is a fully remote hourly-paid position that does not require prior experience just excellent language skills a professional setup and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide consecutive interpretation via video in English to Mandarin
Interpret live conversations with accuracy neutrality and clarity
Follow confidentiality protocols and ethical guidelines
Adapt to various subject matters including healthcare insurance and legal terminology
Attend virtual training and ongoing skill development sessions

Required Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin Fluent in English
Full-time availability Monday to Friday 9 AM 5 PM EST
Own a PC/Laptop with Intel i5 processor and minimum 8 GB RAM
Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
Reliable high-speed internet connection

Preferred But Not Required

Prior experience in interpreting customer service or call center environments
Familiarity with medical legal or insurance terminology
