Laboratory Technician

The Team

You will be part of a supportive a close-knit team often sharing breaks and lunches together. The team is dedicated to providing operational support to laboratories on-site.

Youll be part of our Lab and Production Services department which supports leading pharmaceutical companies and laboratories worldwide helping to advance research and development in the Life Sciences industry.

What were looking for

Experience:

• Knowledge of Health & Safety laboratory operations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is advantageous

• Understanding & experience of customer-facing service including roles in hospitality retail or warehouse settings. Awareness of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and inventory/tracking systems

• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail

• Fluent in Swedish and English

How youll thrive and create an impact

• Perform routine laboratory support tasks including equipment checks reagent preparation and general housekeeping in compliance with GMP and Health & Safety standards

• Manage laboratory supplies ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements

• Conduct preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment to ensure operational efficiency and compliance

• Laundry management duties distributing clean lab coats and ordering new ones as required

• Maintain the supply of the laboratory chemicals solvents plates purchased media and consumables across multiple labs.

• Using electronic lab notebooks ensuring accurate batch records and traceability
