Job Description:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our pharmaceutical and medical devices project in Porto.
In this role you will provide professional empathetic and high-quality support to French-speaking customers and healthcare professionals. You will handle inquiries related to medical devices ensuring accurate information customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.

Working Schedule:
Full-time position with rotating shifts between Monday and Sunday

Rotational 8-hour shifts ensuring a balanced schedule and two days off per week.

Occasionally you may be asked to cover night shifts (22:00 to 07:00)

Profile Requirements:
Fluency in French (C1) and strong command of English (C1)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Empathetic patient and customer-focused
Comfortable with a rotating schedule
Must reside in Portugal
What We Offer:
Attractive Compensation Package:

Base salary: 1000 euro x 14 months

Attendance bonus: 300 euro x 11 months

Meal allowance: 7.23 euro daily
