About the Opportunity
At Hito Solutions we are partnering with our client a leading global organization to find an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join their international audit team based in Porto.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits across multiple areas and business functions;
- Assess compliance with Group policies procedures and internal controls;
- Identify control gaps risks and opportunities for improvement;
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to local and Group management;
- Recommend and follow up on corrective actions to ensure effective implementation;
- Promote best practices and strengthen a culture of compliance and accountability.
Ideal Profile
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit;
- Degree in Accounting Finance or Business Management;
- CPA or CIA certification preferred;
- Fluency in English and French (Spanish is an advantage);
- Strong accounting and financial acumen with an analytical mindset;
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Autonomous proactive and culturally open;
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
