Trainee Contract & Tender Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Department
In this role a typical day will include:
- Working with documents / contracts
- Collecting references from hospitals
- Reviewing specifications for tenders
- Coordination of the advertising materials preparation process in compliance with medical device regulations
- Working with documentation related to the ISO 13485 quality management system
- Handling registration documentation for medical devices and documentation required for tenders
- Collaboration with other departments.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- Students status - Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Biology / Chemistry or related fields;
- Very good Polish & English;
- Availability about 30h per week (onsite);
- Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced project environment;
- Focus on details.
