Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Mandarin speaking Customer Success Specialist (CSS) on behalf of our client a leading global e-commerce brand.

In this role you will support customers via inbound calls and emails ensuring a smooth online shopping experience. You will be part of a high-performing multicultural support team that represents the clients values of professionalism quality and customer-first service.

What you will do:

  • Provide excellent support to customers via phone and email
  • Assist with online orders inquiries and issue resolution
  • Handle payments and sensitive data securely
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude at all times
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
  • Stay updated on products and meet performance KPIs

What makes you a good fit:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent and above
  • Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift including weekends and public holidays
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (especially those with degrees in Mass Communication English or related fields)
