Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting strategic initiatives in Financial Planning. Interns contribute to data analysis project management and operational workflows that drive system-wide improvements communications and employee engagement. Ideal for incoming undergraduate seniors or first-year MBA students the program provides training mentorship and exposure to senior leadership. Interns work on high-impact projects applying analytical and leadership skills in a healthcare setting. This internship position is a time-limited temporary position with a start date and orientation on 1/26/26. The total number of hours that an intern can work during this timeframe is 250 hours. Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and operational support for assigned programs related to planning directing and coordination of activities associated with system-wide improvement
- Collects and manages program data such as attendance outcomes and feedback
- Assist with the creation and organization of training and support materials
- Prepares regular reports for leadership summarizing program outcomes challenges and recommendations
- Designs and implements program evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of initiatives
- Organizes findings in a clear and structured manner and internally present those findings
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
| EDUCATION: |
- Incoming undergraduate seniors or first-year MBA students
- Preferred Majors: Business Administration Systems Engineering Health Care Administration Project Management
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
|
| EXPERIENCE: |
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Teams (desired not required)
- Demonstrated problem solving analytic financial and evaluative skills
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively and efficiently perform multiple tasks and balance competing priorities often within a required timeframe
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to develop timeline and schedule with support
- Action-oriented self-starter with a strong learning focus
- Experience with healthcare finance or healthcare economics (desired not required)
