Your Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Managerto join ourDulux Paint Spot in Sunbury VIC on a permanent will work on a rotating 2-week schedule working every second Saturday full-day shifts no Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
Cash handling / EFTPOS
Accurately mix and tint paint
Assist in maintaining stock levels

Skills & Experience

You enjoy working with people have great communication skills and are passionate about helping others. We do require you to regularly lift paint tins that weigh up to 25kgs so being physically fit is essential.

Possess an interest in our products
Retail/Trade sales and management/mentoring experience is highly desirable
Paint product and application/ hardware experience will be highly regarded but not essential
Have the ability to communicate clearly with customers
Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues

We will provide product and on the job training so we are looking for people that are willing to learn develop and provide excellent service to our passionate customer base.
