Circle is looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Analyst to join our General & Administrative (G&A) FP&A this newly created role you will be a key business partner to functional leaders across multiple departmentssuch as Talent Legal Finance and Risk & Complianceproviding financial insights driving budget discipline and enabling strategic decision-making. You will support budgeting forecasting financial reporting and long-range planning initiatives.

What youll work on:

• Maintaining and improving financial models that forecast track and analyze our financials including opex budgets for each of our departments.

• Engaging directly with leaders and budget stakeholders across the organization to facilitate forecasting of key operational spend areas including headcount compensation vendor spend.

• Contributing to monthly reporting and variance analysis.

• Tracking headcount compensation and operating expenses across G&A functions.

• Preparing and presenting consolidated reporting packages for executive leadership.

• Identifying and driving process improvements across forecasting reporting and planning.

• Contributing to the evolution of Circles finance capabilities by being a key part of ERP and EPM implementation processes and actively seeking to improve finance processes across the organization.

• Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

What youll bring to Circle:

Core Requirements:

• 4 years of FP&A experience marked by a proven ability to build financial forecast models and analyze extensive datasets.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel using these tools effectively to create meaningful financial insights.

• Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards how the financial statements interact and an ability to build dynamic three statement models.

• Exceptional financial and strategic analyses translating findings into actionable recommendations.

• Past experience working with financial systems and building FP&A models in planning tools.

• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT Gemini etc.) and prompt development.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelors degree providing you with a solid academic grounding in finance and/or accounting.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic innovative startup environment characterized by rapid change and evolution.

• You are energized by the promise of blockchain technology.

• Experience/familiarity with Slack Apple MacOS and GSuite.
