The Global Services Department is a service organization dedicated to supporting leaders members and the workforce.
Position performs the full range of processing clerk assignments including resolving all types of discrepancies some of which may require communicating with other offices outside of the unit. Maintains records documents and files insuring their accuracy referring only the most complex issues are referred to higher levels for resolution. Serves as a role model in fulfilling the Churchs mission with compassion toward others and an attitude of devotion to God.
This is a full-time (40-hour/week) position. Under current hybrid working arrangements the person in this position is requiredto work in the office once a week (as designated by division) or more depending on business needs; therefore must live close.

Independent & Adaptive Work Style: Demonstrates initiative adaptability and sustained focus during extended computer-based tasks.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiar with membership and finance systems.
Attention to Detail: Maintains high accuracy and organization in repetitive tasks.
Associates degree with 3-4 years of experience or High School diploma with 5-7 years of experience. Performs duties with minimum supervision; duties and assignments are non-routine. Must have the ability to adapt policies and procedures to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Must be able to work at a computer station for long periods of time.
