As a Maintenance Manager you will lead a team of multidisciplinary service partners in delivering critical maintenance services across Apples campus. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities directly impacting employee productivity and the overall Apple experience.
- Technical experience in facilities maintenance operations management overseeing complex maintenance programs service requests and compliance processes.
- Direct experience managing work order systems preventive maintenance programs and technician performance in a high-demand environment.
- Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve issues consistently exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong people management experience with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology and complex workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
