As an Internal Sales Executive at Dawsongroup emc youll play a vital role in driving new business managing key relationships and supporting the wider sales team. This isnt just about hitting targetsits about understanding customer needs and providing solutions that make a real impact.

• Generate and qualify leads through calls emails and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline keeping everything organised and up to date in our CRM system.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights to support business growth.

Youre a confident driven and people-focused sales professional who loves a challenge. Whether youre following up on a lead or negotiating a deal you know how to engage and influence stakeholders to drive success.

• Proven experience in sales ideally in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate problem-solve and think on your feet.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
