Youll work closely with both corporate and site-based teams supporting financial integrity compliance and performance in a complex multi-entity environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller the Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for group reporting consolidation and ensuring strong financial governance. Youll play a key part in the monthly and annual reporting cycles while supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting and consolidations
Ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS and robust internal controls
Review site performance and provide meaningful insights to management
Oversee balance sheet integrity reconciliations and audit processes
Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and reporting
Partner with operations and commercial teams to enhance business performance
Mentor and guide junior finance team members

About You

Youll bring a strong technical foundation an eye for detail and the confidence to partner across the business.

Key requirements:

CA/CPA qualification ideally from a Big 4 or Big 6 background
Strong post-qualification experience in a complex multi-entity or mining environment
Exposure to Pronto or similar ERP systems
Excellent technical accounting and analytical skills
Proven management or team leadership experience
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
