Job Summary

Senior Mulesoft Integrations Engineer (Onsite hybrid in Newport Beach or Omaha)

We are seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to design and implement robust scalable integrations across enterprise platforms and third-party systems. This role requires deep expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and proven experience building secure performant APIs that enable seamless data flows. Youll play a key role in shaping integration strategy driving technical standards and collaborating across teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design build and manage APIs and system integrations using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager Runtime Manager DataWeave)
Lead integration strategy and establish frameworks templates and governance practices
Collaborate with internal platform teams (Salesforce MDM Snowflake Control-M Flowable) to deliver real-time and batch integrations
Ensure integrations meet enterprise standards for security monitoring and error handling
Partner with external vendors and internal teams to define and enforce integration best practices
Optimize performance and conduct root-cause analysis for high-volume integrations
Provide technical leadership guide integration patterns and support CI/CD practices

Requirements

8 years of hands-on development experience including technical leadership
Strong expertise with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
Proven experience integrating with Salesforce MDM and Snowflake
Familiarity with Control-M and Flowable for workflow orchestration
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs JSON OAuth2 JWT and related standards
Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience in workforce benefits group insurance or policy enrollment workflows
Experience integrating with EIS Group systems
Exposure to event-driven or streaming architectures
Ability to lead design discussions and translate abstract architecture into executable plans
