Job Duties
Assist in all areas of House Support Services as needed.
Manage the Fax Server Inbox
Assist Support Services staff with setting-up tables and chairs to accommodate the needs of a group with specific room layout requests.
Assist with the coordination and coverage of after-hours events in the Capitol.
Assist the Assistant Clerk and the Purchasing Officer in responding to requests from members staff state agencies public groups and individuals to prepare meeting space in the Capitol and the General Assembly Building.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
o Ability to coordinate multiple tasks work well under pressure and effectively communicate with members and staff.
Additional Considerations
This is an hourly/seasonal position located on site in the General Assembly Building in downtown Richmond. The employment dates are December 1 2025 - April 30 2026 OR January 8 2026 - March 14 2026.
