POSITION Plastics Machine Operator

JOB LOCATION Eau Claire WI

STARTING DATE Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 3rd Shift (10:54pm to 7am Sunday through Thursday)

STARTING PAY $19.50 per hour

BENEFITS Medical Dental 401(K) Paid Vacation Paid Holidays

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE None but you do need 1 year of recent solid work history

Employees will be in charge of overseeing and operating injection molding machines which will involve but not limited to walking standing squatting throughout their shift. Employees will inspect product hand trim if needed and package and label parts per work instructions and customer requirements. Employees could be operating/overseeing either manual or automated plastic injection mold machines and will work with mold techs/supervisors as needed.

Responsibilities

- Operate injection molding machines

- Inspect and trim parts per work instructions

- Package and label parts per work instructions and customer requirements

Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Basic Computer Skills

- Solid work history (no job hopping)

- Committed to excellent attendance
