Were looking for a passionate and curious Project Manager User F&E to join our team. As a Project Manager User F&E at Just Evotec Biologics youll have the freedom to ask the hard questions think outside the box and find creative solutions that push us forward. Its a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.

What Youll Do:

Project Management

Lead multiple capital projects ensuring alignment with F&E lifecycle and business case requirements
Oversee planning budgeting supplier selection and EHS/QA risk assessments
Represent F&E in design reviews FAT/SAT commissioning and CQV
Coordinate system handover (docs SOPs training spares) and ensure CMMS/KPI integration
Analyze project data and provide regular updates and recommendations.
Manage execution within budget; contribute to annual CAPEX and project-specific budgeting

Team & Cross-functional Leadership

Supervise 23 Project Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering Manufacturing CQV Quality MSAT)
Define team structure skills matrix and succession plans
Lead internal and cross-functional meetings to align project activities

Planning & Organization

Coordinate technical shutdowns and resource allocation with Capital Project teams.
Define and uphold technical standards for Facilities & Engineering operations

Who You Are:

Masters or Engineering degree with 10 years of experience in GMP biopharma or related industry including 5 years in project or team leadership roles
Strong expertise in GMP utility systems (HVAC WFI pure steam compressed air process gases chilled water boilers wastewater treatment)
Demonstrated experience in project management within regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environments including capital project oversight and team coordination (internal staff and external contractors)
Skilled in managing audits and representing GMP systems before regulatory bodies
Proficient in digital tools such as QBMS CMMS MS Project Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of drug development processes regulatory frameworks and quality standards
Excellent leadership stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills (Operations Capital Projects MSAT CQV Quality)
Highly organized quality-focused and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive hands-on approach
