We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Service Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful business this role you will play a key part in identifying trends and supporting data-driven decisions that enhance service performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate service-related data from various systems (CRM BI Call Center platforms etc.).
- Analyze service performance metrics such as response times resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
- Develop dashboards and reports for service teams and management.
- Identify trends patterns and areas for improvement in service operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations Quality IS Customer Support) to drive data-driven decisions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.

- 25 years of experience in data analysis preferably in service or operations environments.
- Bachelors degree in: Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with BI tools such as Qlik Power BI strong advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP formulas).
- Familiarity with Python a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
