Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for keeping spaces clean and organized. As a Housekeeping Staff member you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain all designated areas including but not limited to guest rooms public areas and back of house areas

- Dust sweep mop and vacuum floors

- Change and make beds replenish linens and restock amenities

- Clean and disinfect bathrooms including toilets sinks and showers

- Empty trash and replace liners

- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

- Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and sanitation guidelines

- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards guests and coworkers

- Assist with laundry duties as needed

- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

- Must be able to pass a background check
