About the Role
Were a fast-growing boutique U.S. agency producing performance-driven video content for brands across digital channels. This role combines video editing with graphic design: youll craft short- and mid-form video content as well as still visuals and ad creatives that complement campaigns across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
- Edit short- and mid-form videos (15 seconds to 10 minutes) for social and digital campaigns.
- Design still ad graphics and visual assets that complement video content.
- Apply strong storytelling pacing and marketing principles (hooks pain points offers CTAs).
- Collaborate with the creative team on ideation scripting and execution.
- Use AI and editing software to streamline workflows and enhance creativity.
- Maintain brand voice and quality across all projects adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Ensure all content is polished engaging and optimized for its intended platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience (Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve).
- Solid graphic design skills for creating still ads and campaign visuals (Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Canva or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of marketing advertising and conversion-driven storytelling.
- Excellent command of English with the ability to convey nuance and humor effectively.
- Tech-savvy adaptable and comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches.
- Startup mindset: proactive self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
