To fuel that journey were hiring a Business Controller a key role that combines financial precision with commercial enablement to help us accelerate our journey.
The Role
This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of Finance and Go-To-Market. Youll ensure Camphouse operates with full commercial clarity scalable processes and rigorous performance management. Connecting the dots between financial reality and business growth. Youll work closely with our CFO to drive financial control and shape how we scale globally.
What Youll Do
- Youll make sure Camphouse operates with full commercial visibility. Connecting numbers systems and teams so we can grow fast and scale smart.
- Build and maintain clear data-driven revenue forecasts and dashboards that track ARR pipeline conversion and retention.
- Partner with Finance and GTM leaders to ensure accurate reporting efficient processes and strong performance management.
- Lead variance and scenario analyses to guide investment and growth decisions.
- Drive data governance and automation.
Who are you
You have:
- 47 years of experience in B2B SaaS preferably in finance business controlling or revenue operations.
- A strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR NRR Sales Efficiency CAC:LTV).
- Proven ability to connect financial control with commercial enablement.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM BI tools (Looker Tableau Power BI) and advanced Excel/Sheets.
- Analytical structured and hands-on. You are able to move fluidly between high-level strategy and operational detail.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
