Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to support our customers. As a Customer Service Advisor you will play a vital role in shaping positive customer experiences and supporting our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Assist with product information orders deliveries and returns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Document interactions in the system and follow up where needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (C1) and good command of English (B2)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work full-time in a structured schedule.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts.
