About the Role
A well-regarded 1118 school near Nuneaton is seeking an experienced Head of Geography to lead a dynamic and successful department. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with vision and drive to take on a key middle leadership role within a supportive and ambitious school.
The successful candidate will oversee curriculum design assessment and staff development while continuing to teach across Key Stages 35. Youll inspire students to engage deeply with the subject and support your team in delivering outstanding learning experiences.
The Department and Facilities
The Geography department enjoys a strong profile with high uptake at GCSE and A-Level. Classrooms are modern and well equipped with interactive displays GIS software and digital mapping resources. Fieldwork forms a vital part of the curriculum and recent trips have included coastal studies urban investigations and international expeditions.

QTS and a proven track record of excellent teaching
Experience of leadership or curriculum coordination in Geography
