Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team and take ownership of the companys website performance security and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor and other page builders.
Implement new sections and pages quickly in response to marketing and business needs.
Diagnose and resolve indexing and optimization issues using Google Search Console including Core Web Vitals improvements.
Manage server infrastructure including staging deployment and maintenance.
Identify and fix WordPress vulnerabilities and handle security- and infrastructure-related tickets.
Requirements
Proven experience in WordPress development support and customization.
Strong proficiency with Elementor JetEngine and Crocoblock plugins.
Ability to write and modify small code snippets in PHP JavaScript and jQuery.
SEO & Optimization
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console: diagnosing indexing issues resolving Core Web Vitals and improving site visibility.
Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices for WordPress websites.
Infrastructure & Server Management
Experience managing staging and production environments handling deployments and performing regular maintenance tasks.
Security
Ability to detect and resolve security vulnerabilities manage plugin updates and configure user access rights.
Understanding of secure development and operational principles for WordPress sites.
