About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations ensure high service quality and lead a motivated team. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain strong customer relations and continuously improve guest satisfaction.
- Supervise menu planning food production and hygiene standards.
- Manage orders stock and supplier relations.
- Lead motivate and develop staff while ensuring team discipline and performance.
- Monitor budgets costs and monthly results; implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle invoicing cash flow and administrative reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Proven experience in team leadership and operational oversight.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in French and English (German is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
